RIGHT OF INFORMATION / PUBLIC MEMORANDUM
According to §34 BDSG customers have the unlimited right to free of charge information about their personal data. According to §35 BDSG customers have the right to insist on cancellation or clearance of ineligible data and / or correction of wrong data. By application we will give written advice about coverage and details of personal data. If possible, we will take all measures to actualize and / or correct the client’s personal data. In this case, please address directly the General Manager of the respective hotel.
According to §4g of BDSG data protection relevant information have to be available for everyone in an appropriate way. We have published respective information in its public memorandum.
